Where possible our frameworks are public domain and draw on latest business thinking and techniques. This avoids the cost of royalty payments and generally provides an open approach, which allows us to tailor renewal initiatives so that they fit into existing client structures.
The Process Works specialises in "end to end" support for professionals in boundary roles - this is simply people who are vested with the responsibility for renewal, transformation, business improvement or new behaviours in the delivery of products and services. To succeed in a boundary role, an appreciation of all domains is essential. Further, change in any one domain is generally not sustainable unless the implications for the other domains are identified and also “engineered”. Our approach and supporting frameworks take account of this inter-dependency.
Finally, our clients have in common a desire to move beyond the traditional dependency on high cost consulting services, which deploy proprietary techniques and tools to drive the renewal process. Their experiences have been less than satisfactory in regard to the quality of resources deployed and the quality of innovation demonstrated. Their conclusion is that they would rather develop an internal renewal competency, which will ensure a commitment to ongoing improvement in the future.
